Forget everything you thought you knew about therapy

With me, it's like unpacking your life's suitcase with a wise friend who isn’t afraid to tell it like it is.

Life’s too short for ‘just getting by’, don’t ya think?

Life’s tough, isn’t it? One minute you’re up, the next you’re wondering how you got buried under all these layers of doubt, fear, and the kind of baggage you wouldn’t wish on your worst enemy. I get it. I’ve been there, too. Yes, even therapists have their dark days. But here’s the good news: it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Therapy made for people who don’t mind a lil’ tough love

As a certified psychologist who’s been through the ringer myself, I’m all about making big changes in small, manageable steps. You know, the kind that actually stick. No fairy godmothers or magic wands here, just real, raw, and relatable guidance to help you get through the messy moments of life. We’ll use everything from tried-and-true talk therapy to more ‘out-there’ stuff like ketamine-assisted therapy (yes, it’s a thing, and yes, it’s amazing) to find what makes you tick and get you back on track.

I’m the self-love psychologist you didn’t know you needed

You might see PsyD after my name and think, “Ah, another psychologist with a fancy degree.” But let me tell you, my journey to becoming your go-to gal for all things mental health was anything but straightforward. A midlife crisis, a messy divorce from a narcissistic partner, and a whole lot of “What the hell am I doing?” That was me. One yoga retreat, a big move to Boston, and a TON of training later – I now use my cocktail of personal meltdowns and professional milestones to help you fall in love with YOURSELF.

Our little victory corner

Working with Heidi actually brings about healing and freedom.

Heidi has helped me get through some of the toughest moments of my life. She taught me the impact of childhood traumas, an emotionally abusive relationship with a narcissistic partner, and the interconnectedness between the two.

Life beyond the therapy chair

When I’m not doing the psychologist thing, you’ll find me chasing sunsets, dancing in my living room, or barefoot in the garden, pretending I know how to grow things.

I love nature & finding secluded spots in the woods and beach
